Dan Gill
Dan is an operator, advisor, and investor for consumer and enterprise businesses. He’s passionate about partnering with entrepreneurs who bring both ambitious vision and disciplined execution to their pursuits.
Dan has been Chief Product Officer at Carvana (CVNA) since 2015, leading the Product, Engineering, Tech Services, and Strategic Partnerships teams throughout his tenure. Prior, he was co-founder and CEO of Huddler, an online community and media business, for 7 years until its acquisition by Fandom in 2014.
Dan grew up as a gymnast, competing both for Stanford University and the United States until 2004 and owes the sport credit for instilling the work ethic and pain tolerance needed to pursue entrepreneurship.
Lian Bloch Gill
Lian is a psychologist and academic who now exclusively practices as an executive coach, reflecting her passion for supporting the extraordinary leaders who shape our technological, sociopolitical, and cultural landscapes.
Lian earned her BA/MA from Stanford University and her PhD from UC Berkeley. She was a professor of clinical psychology and core faculty member at the PGSP-Stanford PsyD Consortium from 2013-2019. She also served as a psychologist at the Stanford University School of Medicine and the San Francisco VA Hospital, providing for veterans, families, couples, and elite athletes, including the San Francisco 49ers. She was an operational advisor to health tech companies in Silicon Valley for more than a decade.
